    MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM



    We help to guide and develop people from a sale role to the top level of the management. Together with the range of travel and networking opportunities that exist and provides people with the opportunity to achieve their business goals. Our Management Trainee Program, consist of 3 phases :
    • Sales and Marketing Development
    • Training Development
    • Business Development

    Your daily job description are :
    • Represent and promote our international clients professionally to customers
    • Assisting in increase the sales of our clients
    • Face to face presentation to customers
    • Team building, people management and development
    • Training and recruiting

    The candidate must possess these following criteria :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, any field
    • Required skill(s) : leadership, communication skill
    • No work experience required
    • Age maximum 35 years
    • Fun personality and love talking with people
    • Self-motivated and determined to success
    • Love traveling domestic and overseas
